The Product
Assurant Product Protection (APP) is an easily-implementable API that allows e-commerce partners to sell product protection plans at the point of sale. For our partners, the advantages are in the customization of the widget and the frictionless customer experience.
The pitch
The APP team wanted to pitch this technology to Williams-Sonoma. In preparation for this meeting, they requested designs and a simple prototype demonstrating the experience of the widget would look when integrated with the site. I created an InVision demo for the team, and it was well received by the team at Williams-Sonoma, who mentioned it was highly effective in communicating the capabilities of service.
